3 MORNING RITUALS TO START YOUR DAY
1. Wake up early
Make sure to enjoy your morning and build in some time for the things that matter, like your morning coffee, before starting your busy (or sometimes quieter) day.
2. Have a natter with your loved ones
Conversation is the part that most people skip in their morning routines. Why not ask your loved ones about any dreams they had last night? If you live alone, why not send your loved ones a ‘Good Morning’ text to brighten their day.
3. Talk about your plans
Today, more than ever, it’s important to look forward to any exciting plans that you may have. Why not make a plan with your friends or loved ones that you can all look forward to? This way, your day is bound to get off to a good, and exciting start.
YOUR PERFECT MORNING CUP

THE PERFECT BLACK CUP
Step one
Add two teaspoons of NESCAFÉ Original to your cup. If you like sugar you can add it now.
Step two
Carefully pour 180ml of hot boiled water over the cup contents almost to the top. Stir to ensure coffee and sugar are fully disolved.
Step three
Taste your coffee. For a stronger taste add more coffee next time, for milder add less.
THE PERFECT WHITE CUP
Step one
Add two teaspoons of NESCAFÉ Original to your cup. If you like sugar you can add it now.
Step two
Carefully pour 170ml of hot boiled water over the contents almost to the top. Stir to ensure coffee and sugar are fully dissolved. Add a touch of hot or cold milk.
Step three
Taste your coffee. For a stronger taste add more coffee next time, for milder add less.
Careful when it's hot: Remember to take care with hot liquids and they must always be kept away from children.
